It is best to reach out about custom cookies as soon as possible, some secure their date months in advance. I can only take a certain number of orders each week. If you’ve waited until the last minute (a minimum of 4 days is absolutely required for an order) you can receive a rush quote based on amount and design. 

Once you secure your date with a 50% non refundable retainer, we can begin the design process! Most customers have inspiration images or color themes. The balance is required 24 hours before pick up/delivery.

In the event you need to reschedule your delivery date or your event is cancelled and you need a credit for a future order, a minimum of 14 days notice is required.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up their order in the agreed upon timeframe unless other arrangements have been made.

Why are there different prices? What impacts my quote? 

Your quote is based on the different elements of each design. How many colors and consistencies, layers, florals, lettering, hand painting, gold accents are some of the factors.

How can I get my order?

Pick up in Colonia, NJ is always free and delivery for a fee based on location.

What flavors do you offer?

Vanilla is available year round and Chai sugar cookies are available in the fall/winter.

Are your cookies nut free?

The cookies are nut free but the kitchen/home is not

Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?

Yes, you can make adjustments to the amount up until 2 weeks before pick up, as well as minor design changes as long as they do not have an impact on price. Absolutely no changes can be made within 2 weeks of order pick up.

Can you make gluten free cookies?

How are the cookies packaged?

• All cookies come individually packaged and heat sealed for freshness.
